In this episode of Hope Natural Health, Dr. Erin speaks with Greg Elliot about stress resilience and HRV.

Greg is an Osteopathic Practitioner, kinesiologist and exercise physiologist who has worked with various hospitals, universities, clinics, fitness facilities and sports teams in Canada and the US. 

He completed his Master's of Science in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian School of Osteopathy. Greg is Certified in Clinical Exercise Physiology (CEP) by the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) and a member of British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Greg is passionate about teaching and learning about the latest improvements in the field of exercise science, rehabilitation, healthspan and longevity. He continuously works with individuals at all physical levels, from people suffering from various chronic conditions and illnesses, to the highest level athletes, including teams in the NHL, NFL and CFL. 

He also co-founded HealthQb, a health-tech platform that leverages data from smartwatches and wearables to help determine their specific health focus areas they need to address to improve health and manage stress.
