Her passion for helping women navigate chronic health conditions led her to notice many were struggling with insomnia, just as she had. 

In 2020, her own insomnia became chronic, prompting her to dive deep into sleep research. By uncovering a holistic approach addressing the root causes, she transformed her sleep quality.

Now dedicated to helping others conquer their sleep struggles, Amanda draws from her knowledge, experience, and newfound purpose. Having been through it herself, she is equipped to guide individuals through reclaiming restful nights and achieving peaceful slumber.
